Some Lovely Bits Of News

One of my friends gave me a great news. Concerning  supersoft skin, teeny weeny mittens, and baby johnson powder.

Guess what? One is confirmed pregnant while the other is visiting a clinic at this very -very-very moment.

We shall expect a “stork”, shall we? *glee*

I do hope its true, because if its true, around December 2008 and January 2009, I will be aunty to 2 babies….yeay Yand Di!! I know you both will be great mommies.

Any chance of them turning into mommy blogger? heheh

Oh anyway, I think this year my Mama is so blessed with brides (and moi, ehem, the future bride). This week, my 24 years old cousin who is currently staying with us is getting married . Her late mother is my Mama’s sister that passed away a few years ago.  Mama has sort of adopted her temporarily. I guess Mama must have had her hands full, what with my cousin nikah ceremony this Friday (27/06/08) and my engagement next week.

Preparations, hermm. well, I have met the photographer, and confirmed our booking, the cupcakes, the hantaran deco, the dress (which caused me some dilemma), the door gifts (its yummy, ), the mini pelamin (oh whyyyyyy did i decide to have one? but takpelah Aunty Ija has already sewn the bantal tempat duduk and everything, lets just hope my design idea come very well), the venue (tent and caterers), and what else? Oh, make up? nearly forgot that. Originally dengan bijaknya I think why dont i buy some Bobby Brown stuff and get the free makeover. But problem is, hehe aku bertunang pagi, so takkan nak tunggu KLCC bukak kan?  Well this issue, kene settle this week.

See, I wanted to have a  simple ceremony but Mama will have none of my absurdity. Ngehehe. But anyhow, I am ok with pleasing my Mama who simply cant do anything simply, . She’s a  proper mother, you know. One that give you sapu tangan before pegi sekolah and bekalkan breakfast food everytime you go out to school (or work, hehe)
